We understand when traveling and making bookings that thing do go wrong sometimes. Honestly we try our best not to issue refunds as it makes us look bad with our payment processors, however it´s your money and of course we issue refunds… we are genuine and honest people and we expect the same from you in return. Please do not make bookings unless you are sure you are going to attend, the slot could go to someone else in need. However we do everything in our power to see our clients happy, if you are running late or need help with directions, contact our helpline number (at the bottom of every page of this website) and we will assist you immediately. You can change the day, time, and also the club if you made a mistake or changes have happened, we can cancel your booking and transfer it to a different club of your choice.

To be eligible for a refund you must notify us before your appointment to tell us you will not be able to make it and you would like to cancel, we will issue a refund the same day – please allow 5 – 10 working days to show in your account. Refunds will be issued to the same payment method originally used to make the initial booking.

In 99% of cases we issue a refund, however we do not issue a refund if you fail to attend your appointment, you can call our helpline and our team will book you in again no problem. We will require some sort of proof. As an example, in the event of a flight delay or cancelation be sure to take pics or snapshots of the flight information screens at the airport, or of the email from the flight company/holiday provider showing the flight/holiday cancelation.

Refunds

Once your proof is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your request. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed the same day, and a refund will automatically be applied to your debit/credit card or original method of payment.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your bank or credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us on our helpline number or email at the bottom of every page on this website and we will investigate.

Exchanges

Mistakes happen, If you need to change clubs you must contact us before your appointment, send us an email or call the helpline number at the bottom of every page of this website, and we will assist.
